Many people ask what is a brand. Never has one word meant so much to so many.While the definition of the word is plain, the application and interpretation of the word makes all the difference. If you are providing a product the interpretation takes on a different form than if your product is service itself. The average consumer can only provide a brand name but don't understand how it is associated with their spending habits. Hey Tony! A lot of my clients in the service industry struggle with this because they fail to realize that they are the product.When a Branding is put in that perspective, then I think people "get it"! Can't wait to watch the videos
