I am working on my own goals work book that I created. I have to; I can't move forward if I don't. I feel like I have to use all of the paper I can to keep up. It's important for me to set goals and obtain them and dont move forward unless I do.

I agree. With my coaching clients, I work with them to create a Business Growth Plan (BGP) that involves goals and objectives for marketing and growing their businesses. I used to be a senior case manager and we used to make ISP's (Individual Service Plans), which is the inspiration for the BGP's.

Dana, I agree. Goals are so important to make progress in growing your business. How else do you know if you are reaching your dreams, if you don't clearly define them? I find with my clients that many of them will set goals, but fail to follow through with them all. I find it so important for myself to keep to do lists to make sure I am completing tasks that align with my goals. I actually have 3 to do lists. One that is ongoing. Whenever I think of something I need to do, it goes on this list. I have weekly goals that come from this bigger list. My 3rd list is a daily list. Every night I sit down and write about 1-4 things that I really need to get done the next day. When I sit down to work the next day, I look at my list and pick something on it. That gets my brain to start focusing when I sit at my desk.
